When you request a tutor or contact us, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, curriculum/subject preferences, area, timing, and any notes you share. Tutor applicants also provide email, education history, and teaching details.
How we use WhatsApp
WhatsApp is our primary follow-up channel for parents and tutors. We use the number you provide to share shortlists, placement updates, and operational messages. We do not sell your WhatsApp number.

We may use essential cookies for site functionality and privacy-conscious analytics to improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Third-party tools
We use hosting, email, and storage providers (for example Vercel, Railway, Resend, Cloudflare R2) to run LatteTutors. These processors only receive data needed to provide their service.
